We warrant that GrandTec products, when purchased in new condition, shall for a period of one year from the date of purchase, be free of any defect in material and workmanship and that it will perform in accordance with specifications. The sole obligation of this warranty shall be to either repair or replace at our expense the product, at manufacturer’s option. This warranty is valid only for products purchased in North America.

The original sales receipt must be supplied for warranty repair.

A valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all warranty repairs.

Contact our Customer Support Line (214)366-3496, Mon-Fri. 9:00-5:00 CT (holidays not included), for a valid RA#. Any items shipped back to the manufacturer without a RA# will be refused. Customer pays shipping fees to manufacturer; manufacturer pays shipping fees to customer for items that qualify for repair. Products which have been subject to abuse, misuse, vandalism, accident, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair or improper installation will not be covered by warranty. This includes the unfortunate event of using a power supply other than the one Grandtec supplies; which could lead to overpowering, irrevocably, the circuits. Please read your product manual, if applicable, for advice on hooking up power supply.

There are no warranties except as stated. There are no warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages, including, but not limited to, damages or loss of data, profits or goodwill.
